General Terms and Conditions

We know that people like you love our children. We also know that the Hopegivers story is very compelling. Sometimes you may want to use things like pictures, stories, testimonies, and other elements of our website. You may have taken pictures or video of the children, and/or property belonging to Emmanuel Ministries, Hopegivers International, or any of our Strategic Ministry Partners yourself when visiting one of our sites. You may want to use items from HGI’s website or your personal pictures to make things like personal blogs, or any other communication to help raise funds and awareness. We love for you to help us spread the word, please keep in mind the following.

  1. Please ask first, if you would like to post photos on your personal website and tell about your trip to India feel free, however if you want to raise funds to help support any children, pastors, orphanages, worship centers or other facilities owned or operated by HGI or its ministry partners make sure you receive written permission from the home office in Columbus, GA first.
  2. Use the proper channels for support, if you raised funds send them to the HGI office in Columbus, GA for distribution to the appropriate area of ministry. This is not only the right thing to do it is the legal thing to do:
    1. In the US, when you raise funds for a charitable organization, those funds must be used for that organization.
    2. In India it is illegal to receive foreign funds without the proper license. Receipt of foreign funds without a license to do so could be punishable by a fine and or time in jail.

All images, text, graphics, logos, and audio clips taken or recorded in private locations such as, but not limited to, orphanages, hospitals, worship centers, or any property owned by Hopegivers International, Inc. or any of its strategic partners is the sole property of HGI. Any reproduction, distribution, printing, or use by any means, except as otherwise authorized in this site, is expressly prohibited with out the prior written permission of HGI’s home office.

The contents of this site, including all images and text, are for personal, educational, non-commercial use only. The contents of this site may not be reproduced, in whole or in part, in any form without the written permission of Hopegivers International, Inc. Privacy Policy

HGI is committed to protecting your privacy and making it easier and more efficient for individuals and businesses to interact with the organization. We recognize that is critical for individuals and businesses to be confident that their privacy is protected when they visit Hopegivers.org. You can travel through most of Hopegivers.org without giving us any information about yourself. Sometimes we do need information to provide services that you request, and this commitment of privacy explains our online information practices.

HGI does not collect any personal information about you unless you provide that information voluntarily by sending an e-mail, completing an online form.

Your e-mail address is not collected for commercial purposes and our organization is not authorized to sell or otherwise disclose your e-mail address for commercial purposes.
